Kamal Rungta

Founder and Chairman

Kamal is the founder and Chairman of RCS Advisors. Under his vision and leadership, RCS has grown from strength to strength since its inception.Kamal has over 30 years of experience across industries and international geographies.
Besides leading RCS, Kamal is also Managing Director of E.J. McKay & Co., Inc., a leading boutique investment bank and leader in China centric M&A advisory.
Kamal has done his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai (1989), MS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University (1992) and MBA from Penn State University (1993).

Pankaj Bhuwania

Executive Director

Pankaj Bhuwania is Executive Director in RCS Advisors. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, AICWA and LLB with a MBA from Ashcroft Business School, Cambridge (UK). He has more than 24 years of exposure in handling Corporate Finance, Accounting, Commercial and General Management Functions including Sales and Marketing at senior levels in reputed companies in India before joining RCS Advisors in 2014.
He is also an entrepreneur with experience of handling businesses in various fields. He has successfully ventured into solar business vertical by setting up solar module manufacturing plant and executing complete Design and EPC (Engineering/Procurement/Commissioning) of solar power plants, both in grid tied and off grid space.

Dr. Vikas Jain

Director – Global Healthcare & Lifesciences

Dr. Vikas is an accomplished Medical & Healthcare management professional, Orthopaedic hand surgeon by profession. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Healthcare and Lifesciences industry. He is an expert In Healthcare strategies, Resource optimization, value creation, Low cost quality Healthcare, proponent of Digital tech enabled futuristic healthcare.
Dr. Vikas is a Founder CEO of Radio Diagnostic Centre and Aarogyam Orthopaedics. Dr Vikas has done his MS (Ortho) from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda, Gujarat and MBA from Washington University In St Louis, USA & IIT Bombay.
Dr. Vikas leads our Healthcare & Lifesciences M&A practice, and is currently working with leading domestic and international companies .

Abhishek Pradhan

Vice-President

Abhishek is focused on M&A and Private Equity space with his experience in Corporate Advisory. He is also working on domestic companies in tie-ups with global companies for scaling up business. As part of the team working in the Private Equity space at RCS, Abhishek brings with him strong knowledge in Debt Syndication, Transaction Structuring and Corporate advisory through his past experience.
He has previously worked with aXYKno Capital Services and was reporting to the board on strategic initiatives.
Abhishek holds a Bachelor in Computers Science degree and a qualified Cost Accountant and Master in Business Administration from Nagpur University.

Anup Meher

Vice-President

Anup is focused on Private Equity Syndication and & M&A Transaction Advisory space with immense experience in Investment Banking. As part of the team, Anup brings with him 17 years of experience in Investment Banking and strong knowledge in valuation exercises, transaction structuring, project financing etc.
He has previously worked with an Hong Kong based Investment Bank – American Orient Capital Partners and advised various companies in Private Equity fund raising.
Anup holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune and Master in Business Administration from University of Pune.

Divyat Rungta

Vice-President

Divyat is focused on leading the identification and outreach for business opportunities in the fields of agriculture, pharma, consumer electronics etc. between India and APAC/European economies. Divyat is engaged in market research, data coalition and review, statistical analysis, legal documentation and corporate outreach of the firm.
He has previously worked with US-based consulting firm ZS Associates at their Gurgaon office, delivering custom solutions for pharma clients. Divyat is also the co-founder of Project Sattva, a student led micro-enterprise based in Haryana engaging unemployed rural women in the dairy sector.
Divyat holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and is currently a June 2018 CFA Level 3 candidate, having cleared Level 1 and Level 2 in first attempts.

Raghvendra Somani

Manager – Accounts & Admin

Raghvendra with his 20 years experience in Accounts, Administration & Finance has been a part of RCS Advisors since its inception.
As part of the team, he handles HR Practices, Taxation & Key Accounts along with Day-to Day affairs of the company.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Shivaji University.

Parth Narvekar

Associate

Parth looks after business development, partnerships along with support on project execution. Parth has previously served as a senior investment banking analyst at TresVista in Mumbai where he supported the financial advisory arm of a major African development finance institution in areas of debt restructuring, project financing and corporate strategy.
Parth has completed his undergraduate studies in commerce from the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University

Umesh Bhatia

Umesh has 30+ years of expertise in setting up new and exciting business ventures in Information Technology and Wellness. He has extensive experience in delivery of rapid and sustainable topline growth, implementing cost-effective solutions to complex business/IT challenges, successfully creating repeat business based on excellent execution, commitment, trust and loyalty, with top-tier Fortune 500 clients in global competitive markets like North America, South America, Europe, Japan, China, India, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
He has directed complex global projects, performed strategic sourcing, relationship management at Board and C-Levels, executed complex contract negotiations, and run enterprise-wide, large scale program/project management and delivery. He has effectively leveraged his multi-cultural, multi-lingual skills to build large-scale collaboration of blended global resources.

Jeevan Mahaldar

Jeevan has 34 years of experience in Automotive sector which includes Director Navis Capital, Managing Director of Spark India Group, Executive Director of Minda Valeo Security Systems Ltd., Managing Director of Minda Corporation, CEO of TATA Ficosa Automotive Ltd.
Jeevan’s has expertise in JV Formation/Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management, Lean/TPM and other modern manufacturing techniques, Extensive cross cultural experience, Immense International exposure., Strong understanding of Operational Management and Cost control, Strong HR/ER Focus.
Jeevan is a Mechanical Engineer, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, he has done his Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Prasad Dabke

Prasad has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing industry and management consulting – in Lean Transformation, Operations Due Diligence, Acquisition Integration, Lean Plant Start-up, Supplier Search & Evaluation, Cost Management, Budgeting, Business Planning, and Feasibility Study. He has successfully executed implementation consulting projects for world leading American, German, and Indian companies in a wide range of manufacturing industries – in India and in China.
Prasad’s assignments involved engaging with the client’s top management to deliver strategic results and breakthrough performance improvements. Strategic objectives fulfilled were order-of-magnitude growth in top line & bottom line; successful search, evaluation, & selection of strategic suppliers & acquisition targets; and Lean Plant Start-up as per global standards.
For his professional work, Prasad has travelled to USA, Germany, Austria, Japan, China, UK, and Vietnam.
Prasad is a Certified Management Consultant with education & training in mechanical engineering, management accounting, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.

Arun Mahajan

Arun has 30+ years of Senior Management experience across Automotive, Engineering and Industrial Sectors.
He has led C-level position and has been mentor to Automotive companies in India. He has deep domain experience and has handheld Global companies in establishing Greenfield operation in India.
At present, Arun is also a CEO of a leading HR firm offering recruitment support to Global MNCs and Indian Large Corporates in Manufacturing, Automotive, BFSI sectors. His firm specialize in high profile CxO as well as middle management appointments.
